NOTES

1. There is a 15 minute leeway on these times to allow an overrun for encores, etc.

2. Five hours, or any other agreed time, is the time that the band will be on site and ready to play, i.e. sound checks, etc. are completed. Performance will commence as required and will continue for the agreed time with sets of 45 to 60 minutes each with breaks of 10 to 15 minutes between each set.

3. The fees include the provision of all instruments, amplification, public address system and stage lights; playing recorded music before and between live music sets; providing a radio microphone for the function organiser to use; help with announcements, raffles and auctions; acting as Master of Ceremonies. Provision of each or any of these services is as appropriate and as required by the function organiser.

4. Provision of a minimum of two 13 amp electricity outlets within 20 feet of the performing area is the responsibility of the function organiser.

5. Recorded music may be supplied by Jurassic Rock or by the function organiser.

6. Recorded music can be played as background music or at disco volumes in accordance with the function organiser's requirements.

7. Ensuring all necessary permissions and licenses are in place is the responsibility of the function organiser.

8. All fees are agreed beforehand and confirmed in writing. There will be no additional items unless requested by and agreed with the function organiser.
